These terms cover the XLR8 Pit Pass rewards program run by XLR8 Coffee LLC. By joining, you agree to them.
Joining
The Pit Pass is free. Join with your phone number when you order. The program is for personal use by individuals, not businesses or resellers.
Earning Octane
You earn 1 Octane for every $1 spent (before tax and tips), unless a promotion or your status tier says otherwise. Octane is earned when you give your phone number at checkout. Octane has no cash value and can't be bought, sold, or transferred.
Status tiers
Tiers are based on the Octane you earn within a 12-month period: Pit Crew (start here), Driver (250+), and Champion (750+). Higher tiers earn Octane faster and unlock added perks. Tier status resets each year.
Redeeming rewards
- Octane you've banked toward rewards does not expire.
- One reward may be redeemed per order, and rewards can't be combined with other rewards or discounts unless we say so.
- Rewards have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash.
- Free-item and discount rewards apply to qualifying items as shown in the program.
Perks & events
Tier perks (such as limited-edition items, event access, or seasonal bonuses) are offered while supplies last and may change. They're a thank-you, not a guarantee.
Changes & ending the program
We may change, pause, or end the Pit Pass, or update these terms, at any time. We'll do our best to give a heads-up for major changes. We may also remove anyone from the program for abuse or fraud.
