This policy explains what information XLR8 Coffee LLC ("XLR8 Coffee," "we," "us") collects and how we use it when you order from us or join the XLR8 Pit Pass rewards program.
What we collect
- Contact info, your name, phone number, and/or email when you place an order or join the Pit Pass.
- Order & rewards info, what you order and the Octane (points) you earn and redeem.
- Basic site data, standard analytics like pages visited, collected automatically to help us improve the site.
How we use it
- To take and prepare your orders.
- To run the Pit Pass, track your Octane, tiers, and rewards.
- To send you texts you ask for, like your login code, and order or rewards updates you've opted into.
- To improve our menu, events, and service.
Who handles your info
We use trusted services to run the business, and your information is shared with them only to provide these services:
- Square, payments, online ordering, and the loyalty program.
- Twilio, sending the text verification code when you log in to your Pit Pass.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
We only text you when you ask us to (such as a login code) or when you've opted in to updates. You can reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
- Opt out of marketing texts anytime (reply STOP).
- Ask us what info we have, or to delete your Pit Pass account, by contacting us below.
